Most pet food brands talk about function. Snifff talks about feelings. Our approach was to build the brand from a place of empathy, understanding that for many owners, their pets are family. Through strategy and content, we positioned Snifff as a “dog catering experience,” not just another pet food brand. The communication line “Snifff, It's Worth It!” and the message “Joyful dog, joyful you” captured that emotional bridge, showing how care, nutrition, and happiness flow both ways between dogs and their humans.

The brand identity draws from Snifff’s core idea of joy and connection. The logo and visual language combine organic shapes and soft typography to express warmth and trust. The color palette feels clean yet friendly, inspired by real food tones, golden browns, creamy whites, and fresh greens.
To ensure a smooth user experience, the brand ecosystem was designed with personalization in mind. Dog owners can visit snifffbowl.com and fill out a short questionnaire about their dog’s breed, age, activity level, and dietary preferences. Based on these inputs, Snifff automatically recommends the most suitable meal plan, which can then be ordered directly through integrated e-commerce checkout. For dogs with specific conditions, such as custom weight or dietary restrictions—owners can connect directly via WhatsApp, seamlessly linked through the website.
